Up to five cyber security companies in need of capital will showcase their wares at a forum at 8 a.m. Sept. 14 at the RXR Executive Park in Melville.
The cyber security capital forum is being held by the Long Island Capital Alliance, Long Island Forum for Technology and Long Island Software and Technology Network.
The fledgling companies will present their technologies and services before a panel of investors, business executives and industry experts who will provide insight and advice ? and perhaps even capital ? to the new companies.
The sponsoring organizations are still seeking companies to present at the forum.
Companies interested in applying can submit their executive summaries or business plans to LICA via its website.
